The firm has recruited Lisa Smith as Accounts Manager and promoted manager Garry Underwood to Head of Compliance.
Lisa joins Clayton & Brewill from Higson & Co, where she had worked for the past 16 years. Lisa has a broad range of accountancy experience and particularly enjoys working with clients to solve their tax issues.

Garry has been with Clayton & Brewill since September 2015 and in his previous role as Audit and Accounts Manager, worked closely with the firm’s portfolio of owner managed and family businesses.
In his new role, Garry will oversee the accounts and tax department, working with a broad range of clients to ensure their accounts and tax queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently. Garry will also continue to be involved in some audit work to ensure continuity for his existing clients.
